To support this, we have set a procedure for each element of work, to be provided to our valued customers. To ensure that our customer receives the best product, Al Hamra Trading Engg. Services has the capability to verify the design intent of individual item, we undertak from our valued customers.
Also, Al Hamra Trading Engg. Services has recently introduced a hotline number, operational 24/7.
To be aware of customer concerns and respond with information regarding individual product from our database and/or the manufacturer.

We insist all products handled by Al Hamra Trading Engg. Services meet exacting standards of quality. To make sure all inbound products from suppliers and outbound repackaged or custom blended products live up to Ideal standards, we operate two in-house quality control labs to test all inbound bulk products for product integrity prior to blending or packaging.

Ideal is able to provide a certificate of analysis for any chemical lot that leaves our distribution centers.

In addition to our own tests and those of our suppliers, Ideal often consults independent labs for comparison and confirmation of results.
